The service technician Alex was great. My complaint is solely about how you do your pricing. I came into your facility about a year ago because my car was acting funny. $650 later you told me it was just the battery. I came in two weeks ago for some warranty repair and you gave me a list of two additional things that should be replaced. Air filter and brake fluid. In both cases the amount said “ESTIMATE “. There should not be an estimate on things like that. You know how much it cost. The estimate for brake fluid turned into an additional $30.

Service was prompt courteous and professional. Listened to my needs and provided exemplary service. I used to be a customer at VW South Orlando and VW North Orlando. After numerous service failures at both locations I decided to drive 30 miles out of the way to give Napleton a try. Now, I will only all my VW's at this location - regardless of convenience.
