Customer service is job #1 - I received NO greeting upon my arrival - there were THREE employees standing in the bay area, turned and looked at me when I arrived, and said NOTHING. These same 3 walked right past me in the doorway to the service tech area. BY THE WAY I stood waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me for the service appointment I had.. talk about making me feel wanted and appreciated. Once a service advisor came in, sat down and finally asked how he could help, things went better. Would you like me to come and give training to your staff on customer care? I did it for TMO for 12 years - they are pretty darn good!
