Although sebastian the service technician that I dealt with was fabulous and did a really good job.I'm very disappointed in the fact that you charge your customers For the use of the tools that you already own.We got a fifty two dollar charge on our bill that was for the cost of the tools used For putting a battery in. In addition to $229 labor cost for a 10 minute job. That's an unacceptable charge to pass on to your customers. In addition to that, you charge three percent fee.Because we used a credit card.I have never had that experience at a large business.You are not a small mom and pop.Shop, you are a large business that does a lot of transactions with the public.There's no reason you should be passing that charge on.It's enough to make us never come back.And we bought our car from you.
