Pretty disappointed that after buying 2 VWs at Orlando East VW and my most recent one at Orlando South VW to be told by your sevice advisor Ms. Nori that she will not have my car washed after my oil service was preformed (with a attitude). I have been going to the Orlando East VW dealer for the last 7 years and I have never been denied a simple car wash.
Still a little bothered by Ms Nori's action I went in person and spoke to Mr. Joseph Alamar (assistant manager) and he had my car washed without any problems. I don't think Ms Nori has earned my business and I don't plan to purchase another VW.
Thank You for allowing me to vent my terrible experience with Ms. Nori at your VW dealership.
Mind you I did asked nicely and I also explaned to Ms. Nori that the Orlando South VW gives unlimited car washes.
